When Avenue Recycling appointed a new general manager, he contacted us to discuss how they could update their digital marketing strategy and what they needed to do to have a more effective online presence. Their company website was last updated in 2008, was not accessible from mobile devices and had no connectivity to their social media presence.
We undertook a review of Avenue’s competitors and used analysis tools to identify the information that their clients are typically seeking. We then developed an SEO optimised site with each of the key services linked from the main page to help clients find what they are looking for faster. We created a range of sample websites which were in keeping with their brand identify to allow them to choose the option which had the best feel for them. Their new site is multi-device compatible and was developed using a wordpress open-source content management system to provide a more economical solution.
In keeping with current trends, we supported them to develop a strategy for facebook and we continue to provide a blog management service, enabling them to share information regularly and keep their high position in search engines. When required we also produce blogs using appropriate key words.
As part of their general marketing strategy, Avenue attends a range of exhibitions to promote their product. We designed new pop up signs using the imagery from their new website to establish a common branding. We also create email databases for e-marketing on a targeted basis.
“A massive improvement on our last site and an affordable solution which has already lead to an increase in prospective customers through a 50% increase in enquiries. I have used Andrew before for website design and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve business through their website.”
