OVERVIEW

Davy Boyd & Mark Coey approached BCS Web Design for a website and Digital Marketing package for their new business venture Value Home Solutions (VHS) based in Newtownabbey. The website was to promote the supply and fitting of upvc doors. As the finishing touches on their new premises – the largest factory in Northern Ireland – comes to a close, BCS Web Design will also be required to provide a walkthrough of the factory. The search engine optimised (SEO) website showcases the uPVC Doors & Windows and an image gallery so that potential customers can gather ideas of the beautiful range Value Home Solutions provide.

We met with the owners several times during the website design process in our premises, and we also visited them at theirs. During these couple of meeting we clarified the layout of the new website, with various sketches. Once the site layout was agreed, we set about conducting the testing all the links and forms, before publishing the site live.

We worked with Mark ensuring that the process of Enquiry to Consultation was user friendly and not off putting with various forms etc. Also, Mark was very keen to promote that VHS has an extensive range of Composite Doors to offer, and that VHS can additionally offer further Improvement Services.

Davy has commented about how pleased he was to see it live, and that it works better than expected especially the tweaks on the layout between desktop, tablet and mobile.

We have been working with VHS, managing their PPC (Google Ads Campaign), as Davy was keen to gather traffic about their bathrooms offers. Our monthly reporting on the campaign has given guidance with the value of the PPC Campaign. Davy has also commented to us that he appreciated the transparency of the reporting, so he can make the right financial decisions of what to promote via PPC while his organic rankings improve.

Our Digital Marketing included a roadmap of where VHS would like to be ranking for a selection of defined keywords. We have worked closely with VHS in gaining the correct images of Pre & Post work for some of their blogs, and we have a small selection of video testimonials to book in for us to complete with their previous customers.

Davy & Mark have run several Facebook competitions to raise the profile of VHS – as their first competition, and others since, they gave away and fitted composite doors. The winner was incredibly pleased with the service and the overall improvement of her new door vs her old! We have monthly reports given to Davy & Mark detailing the current ranking positions and PPC Campaign details. This is also used to promote new ideas for slight amendments for improved engagement with the website users. We work with VHS to additionally provide key information about how their competitors are ranking and for which keywords – this ensures that we have a solid plan in moving forward over the next several months and beyond.
