Mark Coey from Value Home Solutions contacted Big Mouth Digital (trading as BCS Web Design) in October 2018 for a website for their new business. Within the first 4 weeks, the new website was launched and the digital marketing package was started.
The digital marketing package included PPC management in order to get immediate traffic to the site in addition to content creation, backlinks, etc. to achieve the current ranking positions that Value Home Solutions have today.

After competitors were identified and keyword research was carried out on them using Ahrefs and SEM Rush a content planner was created and we started creating relevant content based on the keywords discovered.
We have been working away on the content for the company and this is constantly developing as they have introduced new products and services. The content planner is created on a monthly basis after the marketing review meeting with the client. The content creation part of the package depends on how many paid-for backlinks are purchased in that month.
We have also changed the landing pages of the website during the process in order to test and improve how the site is converting visitors into prospective leads for the customer's sales team to follow up on.
We also have full tracking enabled on the site to record the number of phone number and form fill outs as well as what call to actions (CTA’s) are being clicked on.
Social:
VHS had several use cases we identified for the use of Chatbots within their social media strategy. By far the most pressing was that the business owner was single-handedly managing all comments and questions posted on their Facebook page, many of which were repetitive questions asking for pricing information on pictures posted of the completed bathroom, kitchen and door/window projects.
We created an auto-responder chatbot that picked up keywords such as ‘price’, ‘quote’ and ‘how much’ and automatically responded with a conversational framework that encourages visitors to book a free home consultation for a tailored quotation. In a little over 2 months, the chatbot has generated over 100 home consultations.
The second use case was to increase engagement levels with dormant Facebook followers. We set-up a FB Messenger chat-blast to several hundred contacts and achieved the following results:

PPC:
We constantly monitor their PPC campaigns and make changes on the campaigns that are running depending on the seasonal demand and requirements of the customer. We always stick within the agreed marketing budget and make changes on a weekly basis based on what is agreed after the monthly marketing meeting with the client.
Going forward:
As our working relationship continues to move forward we are pleased to have worked on another project for them. Bathstore and more is due to launch at the end of January 2020 with an online store and brochure ordering facility. We look forward to our continued relationship with Value Home Solutions.
