BCS Web Design was founded by Andrew Carleton in 2004 with a simple aim, to build quality websites at affordable prices. Over the years, our capability has expanded to a full-service digital agency including; Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media Management. Most recently Video Marketing and Chatbot Automation has been added to the portfolio to reflect current trends
We rebranded in 2020 to Big Mouth Digital, to reflect the broader range of services offered, but our approach, commitment and values remain the same. We analyse everything we do and if we cannot see a positive, measurable outcome for our customers, we will not recommend it.

Andrew Carleton
Andrew founded the business in March 2004 as BCS Web Design and one of the principles at the forefront of what we do is to offer honest and affordable digital solutions for businesses of all sizes.
After completing the Squared Online course in Digital Marketing he has started his Masters in Marketing at the University of Ulster at Jordanstown part-time. Andrew is also certified from the SEM Rush academy for how to use all features of the system. I have also completed the masterclass in Adobe Illustrator which is useful for creating illustrations and graphics on websites and social media profiles.
Andrew is currently studying in the Yoast academy which is one of the most commonly used WordPress plugins for search engine optimisation.
Simon Lunn
Simon brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Big Mouth Digital which is used to create compelling content for websites, social media management and blog writing. Simon also looks after the new chatbot automation service, building conversational frameworks to manage customers sales, marketing and customer service functions.
Simon has been training and certified in Landing Page Automation, MobileMonkey chatbot design, Search Engine Optimisation, Google PPC Ads and is currently completing the Facebook Blueprint Certification.
